A mythical beast - a female wargamer! I got back into wargaming in the summer of 2011 after a very, very long break and haven't looked back since. I must admit that I seem to be more of a painter/collector than a gamer, but do hope to correct that at some point in the near future. My gaming interests span the ages, from the "Biblical" era all the way through to the far future. I enjoy games of all sizes, from a handful of figures up to major battles (see my megalomaniacally sized Choson Korean and Russian Seven Years War armies).

Paint Table Saturday 31 October

I decided to take a couple of days away from painting figures this week, but have hit the brushes again today:

Back to front: Germans, Romans, Pack horses

I decided to start with the mounted leader figures and the pack horses for my "Infamy, Infamy!" forces. The pack horses and the chap on foot will form a "stewards" base for the Germans.

  1. Off to a great start Tamsin, and can see a good variation in horse colours already

  2. These are looking great already Tamsin. Those mules are great 'figures'.

  3. All progress is good progress! I love the pack horses, though I may have to report you to the RSPCA for overloading the poor beasts!

  4. @ Dave Stone - cheers! I always go for some variety in horse colours, especially for leaders. :)

    @ James Fisher - thanks! :)

    @ Neil - cheers! :)

@ Herkybird - thanks! Those pack horses are lucky - their loads are much lighter than having some hulking barbarian riding them! :)

  5. Good start, I also had a break from painting for a few days. It's taking to time to break back into the habit!

    1. Thanks Paul. I'm taking things slow and steady with my painting at the moment.
