The spreadsheet is done
The dice have been rolled
and the results of the prize draw are:
Tales from the Rifle Brigade
There were 9 entrants for this prize, so I rolled a D10 - if a zero came up, I re-rolled. After one false start (a zero), the second roll was a 3 which means that Monsieur le Rosbif wins!
Phil Dunn's Sea Battle Games
5 entrants in this race, so a D10 was rolled. The die came up as a 4, so Chris Wellings is the lucky winner.
Afrikakorps Soldier
6 people wanted to find out about the DAK, which made things nice and easy - a straight D6 roll. I rolled a 1, so the prize goes to Maj. Diz Aster
Rick Jolly "Doctor for Friend and Foe"
Again, 6 entrants, another D6 roll. It came up as a 4, so the Angry Lurker gets it - I'll hand it over to him at Salute on Saturday
and now for the last prize:
M*A*S*H film on DVD
Only 2 of you had expressed an interest in this one, so I used a D6 again - odds and Tim would get it, evens Seb would win.
And the die came up as
*cue drum roll*
*cue anticip-p-p-
pa-
tion*
a 6 - you lucky boy Seb!
Congrats to all the winners and a hearty thanks to all those who entered the prize draw. I'm certain to run others in the future, so maybe your luck will be better next time :)
For the winners I'll be posting prizes to (Rosbif, Chris Wellings, Maj. Diz Aster) you can use the Kontactr button at the top of the left sidebar to email me or if you are on TMP you can PM me on there (my username is TamsinP) to let me know your full postal addresses.
About Me

- A mythical beast - a female wargamer! I got back into wargaming in the summer of 2011 after a very, very long break and haven't looked back since. I must admit that I seem to be more of a painter/collector than a gamer, but do hope to correct that at some point in the near future. My gaming interests span the ages, from the "Biblical" era all the way through to the far future. I enjoy games of all sizes, from a handful of figures up to major battles (see my megalomaniacally sized Choson Korean and Russian Seven Years War armies).
Congrats to all the winners! And well done Tasmin for running the competition

ReplyDeleteGenerous? I think it's only fair reward to you guys for making my blog the success it has been so far. I still find it hard to believe the number of followers and page hits I've garnered in just over 3 months.
ReplyDeleteOK we have to follow but you put out lots of posts and it's easy to follow what you are doing. You have a fun way of writing so I am thinking you only have the success you deserve. Keep it up as it's a fun blog to follow.
