About Me

- A mythical beast - a female wargamer! I got back into wargaming in the summer of 2011 after a very, very long break and haven't looked back since. I must admit that I seem to be more of a painter/collector than a gamer, but do hope to correct that at some point in the near future. My gaming interests span the ages, from the "Biblical" era all the way through to the far future. I enjoy games of all sizes, from a handful of figures up to major battles (see my megalomaniacally sized Choson Korean and Russian Seven Years War armies).

Monday Update 26 August
After a couple of hiccups, the wolves are almost done. I just need to paint the basing and do flocking.
But that will have to wait until tomorrow as I will be heading off to the club shortly for our Bank Holiday refight of Kunersdorf. It's going to be a pretty sticky game as summer seems to have decided to show its face again, so we are experiencing a few days of temperatures in the low 30s (high 80s for those stuck using archaic measures!).

Great looking wolves Tamsin, hope you have a great game, and this hot weather is very troublesome indeed !
ReplyDeleteTerrific wolves, Tamsin, and enjoy the game :-)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great time at the Kunersdorf game. The wolves a well done - they look like the large gray wolves we have here in the US out west.
ReplyDeleteNice wolves. Stay col in the heat. We flirted here with 40 degrees C up until this last weekend, making garage games sticky.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good day Tamsin!
