The airbrushes have been cleaned, reassembled and tested - all working nicely.
With the maintenance done, it was time to return to the hills. The first job was to place the hill shapes on the mountboard and draw round them, then cut out the shapes leaving a border and finally beveling the edges. After a break I returned to glue them down, which was when I discovered that my PVA bottle is almost empty - I guess I'll have to pop out to the shops tomorrow to get some more. I need to pick up a couple of tester pots of paint as well.
The hills are coming along nicely Tamsin, hate when you go to finish a job and you've run out of materials !
ReplyDeleteDon't you just hate it when you are stopped by something running out?!
ReplyDeleteI am sure these will look fantastic when they are done!
And very nice they look too!
ReplyDelete@ Dave - thanks! I now have plenty of PVA! :)
ReplyDelete@ Herkybird - it is a bit of a PITA when that happens. :)
@ Ray - cheers! :)
