I actually thought my cold was clearing up last Wednesday, but it took a turn for the worse. Today was the first day that I felt able to hit the brushes and I have managed to finish (apart from a thin black-lining wash) painting the figures for my Snowlord's Peak challenge vignette:
Tomorrow I'll be gloss varnishing them and sorting out where they will go on the diorama base. Once they are fixed in place, I can then start work on the island base.

ReplyDeleteTake it easy Tamsin, in the hospital I work at, we are hearing of a lot of people with non resolving 'colds'. I hope yours clears up pronto!
ReplyDeleteTamsin, if it has been this long, it is not a cold. It may be virus based, but be careful if you are worse or even 'just the same' in a couple more days.

@ pancerni - to be honest, I suspect it is actually two or three different colds that have overlapped. I've always been susceptible to colds; for some reason though, I laugh off 'flu within a day or two. Go figure! :)
