Just a little care, and they finish things off nicely. It may seem like a lot tooo tackle , but noext up you will really see the progress once you get the riders on. Horses always seem to take longer then you think they shouldDaveDhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11995593231170018770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6908829430234339181.post-23954929458931980442012-03-23T13:31:42.780+00:002012-03-23T13:31:42.780+00:00That's my plan (well, sort of) going forward. ...That's my plan (well, sort of) going forward. I'll probably do it as 24 cav or 48 foot though, as that seems to work OK with my system - remember how quickly I knocked out the archers and javelin troops?TamsinPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11759947520907448060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6908829430234339181.post-38872428755357892132012-03-23T13:13:04.695+00:002012-03-23T13:13:04.695+00:00I've learned to paint in battlegroups for FOG....I've learned to paint in battlegroups for FOG. It was definitely a mistake trying to do them this way - it's taken me much longer than if I'd just done a couple of units worth at a time. Worth doing as an experiment though.

@Dan - it should really be mostly bays, with a few chestnuts and the odd black, grey, dun or "white" for a realistic mix.

@Ray - well, I was already mad, so no change there.
